It’s a place where I write about product strategy, how teams work, what good leadership feels like in practice, and the lessons that show up when you’re trying to scale something without losing its soul.

I’ve learned that clarity comes from writing, not from waiting for the perfect thought. This blog is my way of documenting what I’m learning, sharing what’s worked (and what hasn’t), and connecting with people who care about building products the right way.
