Right now a lot of that thinking centers on AI, because it’s changing how we build, collaborate, and lead. But this isn’t an AI-only newsletter. It’s a place where I write about product strategy, how teams work, what good leadership feels like in practice, and the lessons that show up when you’re trying to scale something without losing its soul.
